常见问题
iCloud 同步：同一 Apple ID 的设备会自动同步；不同 Apple ID 的家庭成员需要通过家庭页发送 iCloud 共享邀请。
如何删除数据：你可以在 App 内删除宝宝、物品和记录，也可以在设置 → 数据管理中重置本机数据。卸载 App 会移除本机数据；iCloud 同步数据可能仍保留在你的 iCloud 账户或共享家庭中，需通过 App 内家庭删除/退出或 iCloud 存储管理另行处理。
通知提醒：请在 iOS 系统设置中允许宝宝囤发送通知，以接收库存、疫苗和称重提醒。
疫苗计划：疫苗计划会根据你选择的地区加载公开参考程序，例如中国大陆国家免疫规划、美国 CDC、英国 NHS/UKHSA 和 WHO 参考信息。它仅用于家庭生活记录和提醒。实际接种请以当地接种机构、接种证和医生建议为准；本功能不接入 HealthKit 或 CareKit。
相机/相册权限：相机用于拍摄宝宝头像和成长里程碑照片；相册用于选择头像、成长照片、视频和订单截图。订单截图仅用于本机文字识别导入物品。当前版本不提供扫码添加物品入口。
数据安全：核心数据保存在本机 Core Data，并可通过 Apple CloudKit 同步；电商链接导入会限制允许域名、关闭 Cookie，并限制响应大小；订单截图导入在设备本机识别，不上传到我们的服务器。
本机诊断：App 可能会在设备本地保存 Apple MetricKit 性能摘要，帮助排查卡顿、崩溃或内存问题。这些摘要不会上传到我们的服务器；只有在你主动选择发送给支持邮箱时，客服才会查看。
高级功能：宝宝囤高级版提供年度自动续期订阅和终身版非消耗型购买。年度订阅会自动续订，除非在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时取消；你可以在 Apple ID 订阅管理中取消。购买后可解锁多宝宝管理、家庭日志增强、文件导入与高级导出、智能补货提醒、高级分析与报告，以及待买清单与智能建议；成长时间线、推荐依据和记录充足度对所有用户开放。同一 Apple ID 可恢复购买。高级版权益跟随购买所用 Apple ID；家庭数据共享用于协作管理宝宝用品，和高级版权益共享是两件事。如 Apple 订阅或购买支持家庭共享，请以 App Store 和 Apple ID 设置为准。高级版中的趋势、提醒和建议仅用于家庭生活记录参考，不提供医疗、财务或购买保证。付费页提供隐私政策、服务条款、恢复购买和兑换优惠码入口。
HealthKit / CareKit / NFC：当前版本不使用 HealthKit、CareKit 或 NFC，也没有外部硬件配对流程。
远程通知边界：库存、疫苗、称重等用户提醒均由设备本地通知调度。本 App 不使用自建 APNs 服务端，也不保存 device token；iCloud 同步会使用 Apple CloudKit 所需的系统后台通知。
Frequently Asked Questions
iCloud sync: Devices signed in with the same Apple ID can sync automatically through iCloud. Family members using different Apple IDs need to accept an iCloud sharing invitation from the Family page.
How can I delete data: You can delete babies, items, and records inside the app, or use Settings → Data Management to reset local data. Uninstalling the app removes local app data from this device; iCloud-synced data may remain in your iCloud account or shared family until you delete the family, leave the family, or manage iCloud storage separately.
Notifications: Please allow StockpileApp notifications in iOS Settings to receive local reminders for inventory, vaccine schedules, baby weight checks, and daily care tasks.
Vaccine schedule: Vaccine schedules load public reference information for the region you choose, such as China's National Immunization Program, the U.S. CDC, the UK NHS/UKHSA, and WHO reference information. They are for family lifestyle records and reminders only. Actual vaccination timing should follow your local vaccination provider, vaccination record, and doctor's advice. This feature does not use HealthKit or CareKit.
Camera and photo library permissions: Camera access is used only for taking baby profile photos and milestone photos. Photo library access is used only for selecting baby photos, milestone photos, videos, and order screenshots. Order screenshots are used for on-device text recognition when importing items. The current version does not provide a barcode or QR-code item scanning entry.
Data safety: Core app data is stored with Core Data on the device and may sync through Apple CloudKit. E-commerce link import is limited to allowed domains, uses an ephemeral session without cookies, and limits response size. Order screenshot import is processed on device and is not uploaded to our servers. Please do not paste or select content containing passwords, payment details, ID numbers, or other sensitive information.
Local diagnostics: The app may store Apple MetricKit performance summaries locally on your device to help diagnose hangs, crashes, or memory issues. These summaries are not uploaded to our servers and are only reviewed by support if you choose to send them to us.
Premium features: Baby Stockpile Premium offers an annual auto-renewable subscription and a lifetime non-consumable purchase. The annual subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can cancel in Apple ID subscription management. Premium unlocks multiple baby profiles, enhanced family logs, file import and advanced export, smart restock reminders, advanced analysis and reports, and the shopping list and smart suggestions. Growth Timeline, recommendation reasoning, and record sufficiency remain available to all users. Purchases can be restored with the same Apple ID. Premium entitlement follows the purchasing Apple ID. Family data sharing is for collaborative baby and inventory management and is separate from Premium entitlement sharing. If Apple subscription or purchase sharing is available, App Store and Apple ID settings are the source of truth. Premium trends, reminders, and suggestions are for family lifestyle tracking only and do not provide medical, financial, or purchase guarantees. The paywall includes Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Restore Purchases, and Redeem Offer Code links.
HealthKit / CareKit / NFC: The current version does not use HealthKit, CareKit, CoreNFC, NFC tags, or any external hardware pairing workflow.
Remote notification boundary: User reminders for inventory, vaccine schedules, weight checks, and summaries are scheduled locally on the device. The app does not operate a custom APNs server and does not store device tokens. iCloud sync may use Apple CloudKit system background notifications required by Apple's CloudKit framework.
